As a complete newbie to waxing, I was super nervous, but the experience was way different to what I was expecting! Ella made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained every step and her salon was really clean and cute. I really loved the snacks they definitely helped distract me and the appointment went so quickly. I was really shocked how easy it was and the results are AMAZING. I will definitely be back.
